Revolver | Better Man | Auto | Impractical Jokes
Part book launch, part stand-up show, part writer’s block, Auto is an hour of adolescent stories featuring readings from Charlie’s unpublished, and as yet unlived, autobiography.
Directed by Alan Brough, the show debuted at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival where it was nominated for the Barry Award for Most Outstanding Show. It went on to sell out at the New Zealand International Comedy Festival, the Edinburgh Fringe and a debut season at the Soho Theatre on London’s West End.
The book is still being written, but a cd of the show, recorded at Auckland’s Silo Theatre, is available from here.Read some reviews of Auto here
Auto is still available for performing arts festivals, theatres and other venues. For information please contact Veronica Barton at Token.
